A Dream to be MadeA place to settle my nerves  Feel the cool breeze against my cheek  Gaze at the blood-red leaves  So conspicuous in the muted greens and yellows  They reach across the stream  Like hands of fire  The water rushes on down  Passed bleached rocks  Surrounded by a foreign nature  Ancient houses with paper windows  Nestled at the woods’ edge  The sky grows dark  But the allure remains  A place untouched by the modern era A Dream to be Made

Four Yearsdrifting slowly in my head  an unpleasant feeling  body lying still  but the mind is tricky  swirling into nothing  and everything all at once  frightened  disoriented  apathetic  take one chemical  take another  it can’t be fixed  prodded at and written off  those professionals  aren’t my saviors  swirling becomes jolting  electricity runs through my veins  time goes by  and turns to pulp

What only feels rightshe wants to devour you whole  emotions take precedence  no other thoughts invade  her song rings clear  and you are drawn to her eyes  the melting of black and gray  she holds her soul in her palm  willing to give, willing to receive  you stumble forward into the unknown  into the unexpected  hearts that join in a simple light  you finally see what’s always been there  her parted lips  her confident touch  the way her hair curls around your fingers  you are lulled into a soft sleep  by her broken voice  never again shall your hands be empty What only feels right

Wow, I really hate this new submition thing. Those categories are whack!

I really have to finish my Matt drawing. I just haven't been in the mood to draw anything lately. (In a big writing mood instead.)

Oh! Two entries ago I talked about going to a cosplay con...but we aren't going anymore. I'm not exactly in the best health (and doctors are morons), and I seriously doubt me and my friend (who was gonna go as Mello) would've had the time to look for/make the clothes. When I was going through my old Newtype mags, I saw that Anime Next comes pretty much every year. We'll have another chance to go. *nods*
